Our Choir master tries, with expertise, To persuade us to perform; We sit and ponder every note, And often look forlorn. The Treble trill and sweetly sing The Soprano – they’re sublime. The Alto, in dulcet tones, Keep meticulously to time. The Tenor tones, are clear, concise, The Bass, full, deep and strong, But here, dear reader, a surprise, From one who knows she’s wrong! For ‘tho I sit in “Alto-seat” And look composed, refined, I lose the place and oft times cheat, Singing “Bass” with those behind! ASK ROSS!
