Jesus Christ… Superstar

A star appeared: Three wise men came
To stable, bare, a King to claim;
And Jesus lay in Mary’s arms,
And Joseph kept them free from harm

In youth, He spoke with Rabbi, Priest,
His thirst for knowledge never ceased.
As years went on, He worshipped still;
He longed to do God’s holy will.

With skill, He used the lathe, the plane,
With love, He made the blind to see,
And cured, the deaf, the dumb, the lame.
He calmed the storm of Galilee.

He bore the agony of Gethsemane,
The throes of death on Calvary,
That we, from sin, should be set free:
His love, oured out, for you and me.

Now – Go!
Retell this truth
Both near and far,
"All are loved by
Jesus Christ
Superstar!"
