In the Year of Our Lord – 2007

What will this New Year bring?
No doubt a little of everything!
Let’s pray for strength to meet each day,
And faith to help us on our way.
Love to show to family and friends,
But that is not where that should end,
For God is Love for all to share,
In church, in street – everywhere!
For love shared with even a smile,
Makes life, to a lonely heart, seem worthwhile.
But, should one day seem – oh! Too drear,
Remember, the Comforter is ever near.
