God: “He”, “She” or…?

Let’s check the Dictionary
And we’ll see,
To Christians –
(Such as you and me!)
That God is not
A “He” or “She”
But a "Unique
Creative Energy"!

But then, I write
(As best I can!)
To meet the needs of “Everyman”
So, if “they” behold
An old bearded sage…
Well!…
That’s another battle
I’ll need to wage!
