Dear Jesus - Greta's Poetry

Dear Jesus, strengthen thou my faith,
All doubt help me o’erthrow,
And daily, with thy gracious help
May I, thine own example, show.

It is not easy, Lord, for me
To keep thy ways in view,
I find so many pitfalls here,
And lack of will, thy deeds to do.

So Lord I earnestly implore,
See thou my yearning soul,
Uplift me, Lord, that I may find
Thy way, Thy truth, Thy goal.
