A Christmas Thought

Bethlehem! A thought away;
A new-born babe asleep on hay;
Gentle Mary by His side,
Joseph, kneeling, aglow with pride!
But…
Soon, too soon, the die is cast!
Now…
Shouldn’t we, midst commerical fuss,
Remember the sacrifice He made for us?
